About the event

Take advantage of this FREE workshop, led by Vanessa L. Bryant a Master Professional Life Coach. Every Wednesday's in June we will focus on an important concept of "Building Resilience".  Each week our focus will be centered on a tool that will equip each individuals with the mental and emotional tools to navigate challenges and bounce back from setbacks effectively. Participants learn strategies to cultivate resilience, such as developing a growth mindset, practicing self-care, fostering social connections, and managing stress. The workshop may include activities like mindfulness exercises, goal-setting techniques, and group discussions to help individuals build inner strength, adaptability, and confidence in the face of life transitions. Ultimately, the workshop aims to empower participants to face adversity with resilience and emerge stronger from their experiences.
